Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with fair and transparent service . The policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refund and cancellation policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Customers seeking a refund requests must be made in writing . The request must be accompanied by the following documents to initiate the refund process:

  • Valid Proof of Identity (e.g., PAN Card)
  • Original Money Receipt issued at the time of payment
  • Bank/Account Statement (if the payment was made via debit card, credit card, or online transfer)
  • Cancelled Cheque for bank account verification.

*Incomplete submissions may lead to delays or rejection of the refund request.*

2. Refund Processing Timeline.

Once all required documents are received and verified, refunds will be processed within a 7 - 15 business days. The company reserves the right to extend this period in case of any discrepancies or additional verification requirements.

3. Mode of Refund.

All approved refunds will be issued via Account Payee Cheque, and sent through one of the following methods:

  • Mailed to the customer's registered address
  • Credited directly to the customer’s bank account, as per the submitted bank details

No cash refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.

4. Cancellation by Dealer.

The dealer ship reserves the right to cancel the booking due to:

  • Unavailability of the selected vehicles/models
  • Failure by Customer to complete documentation/ payment in the sepecified time.

Note

  • This policy applies strictly to payments made directly to the company.
  • The management reserves the right to amend or modify the refund policy without prior notice.
  • The Dealership shall not be liable for cancellation delays or refunds due to natural calamities , government regulations or the other events beyond control.
  • Cancellation charges as applicable.
